All of our comprehensive courses are taught by the owners Steve and Terry who have a combined twenty years experience as dealers and pit supervisors. Our courses cover all casino procedures for all the games, skill levels required to get hired as well as how to audition for a position, apperance standards, dealing with floor supervisors, attitude, casino expectations, customer service requirements and dealer ethics.
